ARTICLE#16: VIDEO / AUDIO

ARTICLE#16
CONTESTED DEPENDENCY
DESCRIPTION:
Respondent/Case Manager reported, what is now considered in Superior Court as
"FACTS", the following:
"Apartment smelled awful and unsanitary" -Respondent/Case Manager/Referer to CPS
"Children were lying around on the floor with no blankets" -Respondent/Case Manager/Referer

THE STATEMENT WERE FALSE. NOT ONLY FALSE & EXCUSABLE.

THE STATEMENT WAS SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH THEY WERE OBVIOUSLY

MADE WITH INTENTION TO DEPRIVE THE CHILDREN OF A FAMILY.

THE FACTS:
The brief video below (more will be available) is the large carpet from the living room floor area when we were escorted into the unit.
The carpets were filthy and black from scum and mildew.
Children could not be lying on this filth therefore the following occurred.
The carpets were cut, pulled, and replaced with a clean fresh blue dirt resistant carpet. Floors were then sanitized with a NON ALLERGENIC cleaning agent due to the residents allergic reactions to certain items.
The remainder of the carpets were covered with fresh carpet near the door area due to the awful darkened discoloring from high traffic (not sure where traffic was from).
